The two combo tickets that matter

Twin Ticket: Siam Park and Loro Parque

The official Twin Ticket is the strongest-value combination if you genuinely want both headline parks. The current official offer states a €10 saving compared with buying the two parks separately. You have 15 days from the first visit to use the second admission, and the wristband fitted at the first park must stay on; the QR code and wristband are both required for the second entry.

For one adult, the separately advertised admissions total €88 (€44 + €44), while the official Twin Ticket is advertised at €78. The saving is therefore real, but only if both visits fit your plans. It is poor value if a child cannot use the rides you selected Siam Park for, or if travelling between the south and Puerto de la Cruz consumes too much of a short holiday.

Aqualand and Jungle Park two-park ticket

The sister parks sell a separate two-park ticket. Their official pages currently show an adult online price of €51, compared with online starting prices of €35 for Aqualand and €34 for Jungle Park when bought individually. On those headline figures, the pass saves €18 per adult. The official ticket page says undated two-park tickets are valid for 90 days, but check the exact product description before paying.

Do not confuse the two schemes. The Twin Ticket covers Siam Park and Loro Parque; the Aspro two-park ticket covers Aqualand Costa Adeje and Jungle Park.

Which park should you choose?

Siam Park: the thrill-ride choice

Siam Park is the straightforward recommendation when the group wants fast water rides rather than a mixed leisure park. Tower of Power requires a minimum height of 1.40 m. Kinnaree’s current attraction page states 1.25 m. These are not rules that an accompanying adult can override, so measure children before building the day around particular slides and recheck the signs on arrival.

The paid Fast Pass is an add-on, not admission. The Limited version gives one priority use per participating attraction; the Unlimited version gives repeat priority access. Both exclude Tower of Power and Mai Thai River, are personal and non-transferable, and are subject to availability. That makes a Fast Pass most useful on a busy full day when several eligible headline rides matter to you—not for someone visiting mainly for the beach and family zones.

Official service information lists small lockers at €7 and large lockers at €10. Prices can change, but a locker is a sensible shared cost for phones, dry clothes and documents. Follow the current park rules on food and drink rather than relying on an old forum post; if bringing food is important, verify directly before arrival.

Loro Parque: the full wildlife day

Loro Parque is in Puerto de la Cruz, so geography matters. Its published opening hours are 09:30–17:30, and the presentation timetable is spread through the day. Visitors based in the south should compare a paid coach with a hire car rather than assuming a free island-wide shuttle. The free transport is the express train within Puerto de la Cruz, departing roughly every 20 minutes from Plaza de los Reyes Católicos.

The official FAQ permits visitors to bring their own food and provides picnic areas. It also lists an on-site car park at €7 per day. If you want the Twin Ticket, keep the fitted wristband intact between the Loro Parque and Siam Park visits.

Aqualand Costa Adeje: easier for mixed-age families

Aqualand combines water slides with family areas and a dolphinarium. Its official ticket page currently advertises online adult admission from €35, with the final price depending on the chosen date. The park permits visitors to bring food and drink, but bans glass containers. Sun loungers are not included in the standard admission price.

There are height restrictions on rides, and the official FAQ directs visitors to the current park map for the detailed limits. Do not assume a child who uses one family slide can use every attraction. Swimwear must not include rigid or metal parts; glasses, flip-flops, selfie sticks and rigid camera attachments are not permitted on rides.

Jungle Park: wildlife and walking in the south

Jungle Park is near Arona and is the more convenient wildlife option for many south-coast stays. Its official adult online price currently starts at €34. The entry includes the main exhibits, while the BOB track and some animal experiences cost extra. The free bus serves Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos, but seats are limited and not reserved; use the latest timetable rather than planning around an old screenshot.

You may bring food and drink, except glass containers. The park has shaded vegetation, but it is still a walking day with slopes and outdoor sections, so comfortable shoes and sun protection matter.

Transport: free shuttle does not mean island-wide

Siam Park runs a free double-decker bus circuit around parts of Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos. It also sells separate return bus services from other areas. Loro Parque’s free express train is local to Puerto de la Cruz; the coach from the south is a paid product. Aqualand and Jungle Park operate south-resort routes, with Jungle Park explicitly warning that capacity is limited.

Open the current route PDF or transport page on the morning of travel. Hotel names, stops and times can change. If missing the return would cause a flight or airport-transfer problem, use a pre-booked taxi or car instead of the last free bus.

Food, lockers, clothing and cancellation traps

Bring swimwear without metal fittings for a water-park day, plus secure sun protection and a dry change of clothes. Aqualand and Jungle Park explicitly permit your own food and drink but prohibit glass. Loro Parque permits food and has picnic areas. Siam Park’s service page publishes locker prices; verify its current food policy directly before packing a picnic.

Cancellation depends on the ticket product, not the park category. Jungle Park’s dated one-day ticket page states no changes or refunds. Siam Park’s Fast Pass products also state no changes or cancellations and do not include admission. Loro Parque’s FAQ says standard tickets are non-refundable but remain valid for future use.
